1-to-1 course
This service is one of my most popular. Designed for just you and your partner, and in the comfort of your home. This bespoke package is individualised to you and your birth and involves 4 x 2 hour sessions.
Group Course
A group hypnobirthing course offers the same information and techniques as a 1-to-1 course, only it is with other families which creates a great social aspect of the course too.The course will run across 4 x 2/2.5 hour sessions at a local venue in Arundel, West Sussex.
Refresher Course
If you have completed a Hypnobirthing course in the past but are pregnant again and would like a refresher course, then this course would be perfect for you.
